My business partner posted this to his Facebook wall.  When I saw the preview image was a muscle-bound bodybuilder—I thought that maybe his account got hacked, but what I watched was truly an inspiring punch to the gut.

A brief reflection on the video…

If we imagine life as a sandglass—every grain slipping through its narrow waist marks precious time. We can’t flip it over, buy more sand, or slow its passage. Successful people are those who understand this urgency. They know that every grain matters. They transform every second into a nugget of achievement, milking the clock for all its worth.

It’s easy to confuse movement with progress. A spinning wheel may turn fast, but does it go anywhere? So it’s not just about what we do—but how we do it that counts. Doing with all your might, doing it right, and doing it now.

So, the question we need to ask is not just “What am I going to do?” but also, “How am I going to do it?”.

Tough stuff. But it starts with every decision.
